Being a wife and a mom of two boys are my first passions in life. I am also a licensed Realtor, a Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI), member of the National Association of Realtors, Ohio Association of Realtors, Dayton Area Board of Realtors and the Dayton Vineyard in Beavercreek.  I have been a full time Realtor in the Miami Valley since 1997.

My focus is on residential sales (buyers and sellers) in the Miami Valley (including Clark, Greene, Miami, Montgomery and Warren counties). I offer relocation assistance and have been involved with numerous military moves.  I am a certified relocation specialist and offer a military rebate program to my military clients.

In the past twelve months, the average days on the market for my listings is 82 days. My list price to sale price ratio is 98%.  Each year I sell between $2,000,000-$4,000,000 worth of properties. On average, I have between 5-10 properties for sale at a time and am working with several buyers at once.

Throughout my real estate career I have been awarded the Keyes Gateway Rookie of the Year award,  Dayton Area Board of Realtors Sales Leader award, Ohio Association of Realtors President’s Sales Club award and have been included in Irongate’s Top 30.

My interests, aside from my family, faith and real estate, include reading, sewing, homemade goodies, housekeeping, simple/natural/frugal living, thrift shopping, donating blood on a regular basis and finding peace.
